There are essentially possibilities to apply for full scholarship and start a PhD at Institute for Grey Systems Studies(IGSS), NUAA, China. Such as Chinese University Program or EU Program, both scholarship cover all the tuition and board and lodging to encourage doctoral students from EU member countries to study and research in China.
